Make sure adapter arm points toward the center of the vehicle. 2 Install the Rack-Strap tie-down to the adapter arm using all four bolt holes as illustrated. 3 FOR PROPER USE: Load the material on the van rack. Remove an adequate amount of strap by pulling from behind the Rack-Strap. Loop the strap under the material from back to front. Reattach the hook to the pin in the front of the Rack-Strap frame. Ratchet the system to desired tension.
